As a dual resident of both the Upper East Side and Bridgehampton, Ramy has spent her summers out east for over 20 years - and she doesn’t plan on stopping! The happy, sexy and strong mom of three knows all the fabulous places to dine, shop, beach and party in the Hamptons.

So whether you’re heading out east for an entire month or just a few days, see below for Ramy's guide to vacationing in the Hamptons this summer.

Getting there in style

“There are so many different ways to get to the Hamptons: by car, Jitney, bullet train, or helicopter. I usually like to hop on a Blade if I’m working late on a Friday afternoon - I have to make it out east in time for dinner with my family!"

Where to stay

Ramy’s house is nestled in the heart of Bridgehampton, just a few minutes from town and the beach. However, the seaside community has beautiful hotels and charming inns to stay at, too.

“If you’re looking to stay in a hotel, Topping Rose House and the American Hotel in Sag Harbor are both really chic and charming. It's a great town where you can truly get the essence of the Hamptons! Plus, you can walk everywhere without worrying about parking or driving.”

What to do

“I love to start the day with a spin class at Soulcycle. The Bridgehampton studio is located in a beautiful barn with the best instructors. It’s always a blast. After my workout, I head to my favorite cafe, the Golden Pear, for coffee and a quick bite.”

Ramy's Typical Saturday in the Hamptons:

8:30 AM: Spin class with Rique at Soul Cycle Bridgehampton.

9:45 AM: Grab coffee and breakfast at the Golden Pear.

10:30 AM: Pop into Pierre's Market to pick up yummy snacks for the house. (My kids love their chicken salad!)

12 - 3PM: Time to hit the beach - we pack up the orange moke and head down to Main Beach in East Hampton.

3 - 5PM: Make our way home and relax before dinner. On the way, I like to stop by the Round Swamp Farm stand along Montauk Highway - they have the best tomatoes, herbs and fresh flowers.

5 - 7PM: Best time of the day - happy hour by the pool to watch the sunset.

7:30PM: Dinner reservation at Calissa.

9:30 PM - TBD: After party! We love to have our friends over - I usually dance with the girls on the deck while Rob cooks up some late-night Italian food. Our house is never short of 1942 Tequila :)

“There are so many delicious and fun restaurants in the Hamptons - it's hard to choose one. This summer, we're loving a mediterranean restaurant near our house called Calissa. We also eat at home a lot - my husband is a great cook and our house always turn into a party!"
